Ralph is a seasoned veteran
in the world of technology sales into the financial services sector.
He brings to New Wave Services the finely honed skills that come from a career that
started in the trenches and culminated with having major account
responsibility for some of the largest banks and insurance companies in
the world. He has been responsible for the introduction of many waves
of new technology into these organizations, providing customer
satisfaction at every step of the process.
Ralph's great skill
comes from being able to bridge the gap between the business community
and the technology community, and in building teams able to achieve the
same. As Retailer Acquisition Director for New Wave Services, Ralph is
responsible for the execution of the Sales and Marketing Strategy for
the venture. His team are responsible for identifying potential
retailing candidates; understanding their needs and translating them
into language understood by our technologists; and acting as their "champions" at all stages of the New Wave Services acclimatization program. In
short, Ralph is responsible for giving our chosen retailers a taste of
what their customers should be experiencing, thereby communicating the
New Wave Service culture.
