Group Manager – Strategy & Supplier Optimization This resource serves as a liaison to all captive destinations for technology delivery. Responsible for supplier performance management and relationship management including SLA monitoring and management at the engagement level, overall KPI management at the relationship level, plus contract compliance and analysis to identify and correct gaps and issues in service levels. Resource is responsible to coordinate all supplier site compliance and identify/track/drive to close open issues by working the relevant supplier.

IT Delivery The role involves operating assignments to deliver IT-enabled business transformation through delivering solutions, advising our clients on technology, and providing strategic advice. In addition to client work, consultants are expected to participate in business development activities including proposal preparation, marketing, thought leadership, and more. Each consultant attends a minimum of five business and consulting skills training days per year and receives continuous feedback through the line management and performance review processes. Key Responsibilities include: apply particular specialties and knowledge, such as specific business and technical skills and experience, in an assignment role; as part of a project team under the supervision of a team leader, perform increasingly demanding research/analysis/development with increasing client contact; take on assignments of increasing complexity as skills and experience develop; complete formal and “on-the-job” training to continually develop operating, business development, and communication skills.

Supplier Manager The Supplier Manager is responsible for supplier performance management including appropriate SLA monitoring and management, contract compliance, and analysis of key performance metrics to identify gaps and issues in service levels. The resource develops key strategic partnerships with preferred suppliers with a focus on continuous improvements in delivery and enhanced levels of efficiencies resulting in increased productivity gains. The resource is responsible for tracking and monitoring of Third Party Information Security Assessments to ensure completion and resolution of issues towards mitigating risk. Resource is responsible for creation and execution of dashboards and scorecards, and conducting formal performance evaluation sessions with supplier community on a regular basis. This is a strategic role responsible for driving the correct use of the Suppliers; the correct behavior from the Suppliers; as well as ensuring the client continues to get significant value out of each engagement. Resource is responsible for developing partnership with key stakeholders across multiple business units. Resource will be responsible for establishing regular meetings with key internal stakeholders and appropriate representatives from the supplier community to discuss key performance metrics for existing engagements and trending to review thematic issues and appropriate short and long-term resolution and improvements.

Sourcing Consultant The consultant role involves leading and operating assignments to deliver IT-enabled business transformation through sourcing, service design, management and strategic advice. Consultants are responsible for the delivery of key project tasks and may lead small teams comprised of other consultants and clients. In addition to client work, consultants are expected to participate in practice building activities including sales, marketing, thought leadership, recruitment and more. Key responsibilities include apply particular specialties and knowledge, such as specific business and technological skills and experience, in an assignment role; work independently on project tasks which are predominantly client-facing under the supervision of an assignment manager or senior client executive; take on assignments of increasing complexity as skills and experience develop; complete formal and “on-the-job” training to continually develop operating, business development, and communication skills.
